When you look at these images on Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) do you see the star ratings from the desktop?
What happens if you sync an image from the desktop with a rating and then change that rating? Does it sync the second rating but not the first? Does it only start syncing the rating from the desktop once you've modified the rating in Lightroom mobile?
