I have Adobe 8 Pro. I received a PDF, and when I try to open it I get an error message: "The Japanese Language Support Package is required to display this page properly. Under the current configuration, this resource is not available." When I tried to find the correct thing to install, I get more error messages. Please help. I am not computer savvy.
