I need RAW and i need JPEG. So i have to shoot in RAW+JPEG.
Shoot or select only the Raw files, select the ones you want to keep with either rating or label. When done select the ones you need using the filter panel to bring them in view in the content panel, select all and open them in ACR. Again select all and use the save image button, chose jpeg as file type and check other options (you can even create a template of your wished settings), hit OK and the jpegs are saved with same metadata and ratings labels as the original raw.
