Pen Pressure not working

I am trying to get the pressure on my brush to work and it's just not working. I went into the brush setting and set everything to pen pressure. But there's a small caution sign next to it and I'm not quite sure what that means?

I'm using a CyberTablet M14, but I also have this issue with a Wacom Intuos Pro Professional Pen & Touch Tablet.

I've downloaded all the latest drivers and I used my pen in Paint Tool Sai which seemed to show pressure just fine. But I cannot seem to get Photoshop to accept the pressure.

I even uninstalled photoshop and reinstalled it hoping to find the solution.
Where am I going wrong? How can I fix this?

If it were as simple as changing the nib, would the caution sign still show on my brush settings?
